Copyright Infringement Policy - Test Me UP!

Test Me UP! respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information as required by the DMCA.
1. Notice of Infringement
To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
Important Notice
Please be aware that:
- Filing a false notice or counter-notice may result in legal consequences
- We may forward your notice to the user who posted the content
- We may share your notice with other parties as required by law
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers

4. Process
Upon receiving a valid notice of infringement, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Provide information about filing a counter-notice
5. Repeat Infringers
Test Me UP! maintains a policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We consider:
- The number of valid notices received
- The nature of the infringements
- The user's response to notices
- Any other relevant factors
